Lost, stolen or intentionally damaged products are not covered by Sloop Care.
If your device has been stolen, lost or severely damaged please contact our Customer Support immediately via infor@sloop-it.com or via our chat function.
You will be reliable to pay the current market value of your lost, stolen or severely damaged.
There are many factors that can lead to a subscription application being rejected. Sloop is doing several checks to determine if an application is approved or rejected.
Due to Privacy Policy our Customer Support Team has no visibility why your application might be rejected.
Order
If you change your mind about a recently placed order, you may still have the option to cancel it if the product has not been shipped. Please contact our Customer Support immediately via infor@sloop-it.com or via our chat function.
Subscription
When your subscription comes to an end, please send your product including all accessories and packaging back to us. We will send you a free return shipping label via email.
Please note that the return shipment can take up to 2 weeks to reach our warehouse after you have handed over the package to the delivery person.
Once the device has been checked at our warehouse, your subscription will be automatically canceled and you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
If your package takes longer than the estimated time to arrive at our warehouse, please contact our Customer Support immediately via infor@sloop-it.com or via our chat function.
Unfortunately, you can not change your minimum rental period.
However, there are three exceptions in which we can terminate your subscription if the reason for termination is officially justified. You can find these cases here:

When your subscription comes to an end you have two options:
Cancel Subscription: Send your product back including all accessories and original packaging. We will then cancel your
Continue Subscription: Don’t send back your product and keep enjoying it, we will than continue your subscription on the agreed terms and payments.
Sloop currently delivers to main cities in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
You should receive your favorite tech product between 5 - 9 business days from application approval.
Please contact our Customer Support via infor@sloop-it.com or via our chat function immediately, if your parcel has not been received within 5 - 10 business days from application approval or arrived incomplete.
Use the original packaging you received with the product, add in the tech product and any accessories. Also, please add the original padding to ensure minimal damage during transport.

Once your subscription comes to an end, please print out the shipping label we will send you via email. Please use the original packaging, add in the tech product and any accessories. You can add the original padding to ensure minimal damage during transport.
Payments & Invoices
Your first rental payment will be processed once your rental request is confirmed, typically within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.
Please ensure that your payment method is up to date and has sufficient funds, as failure to collect the payment will result in automatic cancellation of your order.
Future rental payments will be charged monthly on the same day your order was delivered.
Your monthly subscription will be charged monthly on the same day your order was delivered.
If your monthly payment doesn't go through, we'll attempt to collect the amount again 5 days later. If that attempt also fails, we will try once more 3 days after the last failed payment. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds. If there are enough funds and the payment still doesn't go through, please reach out to your bank for assistance.
